This is the recording of two webinars I taught on using flower essences to help people heal on an emotional level.  Flower essences are one of the easiest and most effective ways to help people heal on an emotional level.  I usually give my clients a flower essence along with their herbs and nutritional supplements.

The original flower essences were developed by Edward Bach and became known as the Bach Flower Remedies.  However, today there are numerous other flower essences available.  The essences I use are from Flower Essence Services in Nevada City, California.  I fell in love with this brand of essences because they use plants native to the Rocky Mountain region where I live, so I have a deeper intuitive understanding of many of these remedies because I'm so familiar with the plants.
