I don't hide the fact that I'm not a big fan of public education.  In fact, one of the most important decisions I made in my life was when I decided I wasn't going to let school interfere with my education (or at least my love of learning).  I made this decision in the 8th grade when I got in trouble with two teachers for being too creative.  In 1980, during my last year of college, I worked as an undergraduate research assistant in the Department of Instructional Science at Brigham Young University.  I was able to experiment in a special class on learning and teaching during the fall semester.  The information presented in this webinar is based on what I learned in that class.

We utilized a model that they called The Three Person Problem.  I have renamed it the Three Person Solution to the Problem of Education.  Because we actually used this model in this class, I can still remember a great deal of information I acquired in that class and use it nearly 30 years later.  If you want to greatly accelerate your ability to learn, this class is for you.

I recorded both sessions and couldn't decide which one I liked better.  Both had their good points so I decided to post them both.
